Hi, I’m Marlyn I’m bilingual in Spanish and English, and I’m passionate about teaching languages in a practical, clear, and natural way. I offer Spanish and English lessons for people who want to improve their conversation, comprehension, and communication in real-life situations. I adapt my lessons to each student’s level and goals so that learning is dynamic and useful. I’d love to help you improve your Spanish or English!

I was born in Mexico and lived in Chicago, United States, for many years, where I had the opportunity to grow and develop in a bilingual and multicultural environment. I later returned to Mexico, so I understand firsthand the differences between both languages and cultures.

I also had the experience of raising my daughters and nieces bilingually from a young age. This taught me that learning a language doesn't have to feel complicated or overwhelming. It can become part of everyday life through conversation, practice, and real-life situations.

Now I’d love to share what I’ve learned throughout the years and help you feel more comfortable and confident speaking, understanding, and expressing yourself in Spanish or English.

I believe the best way to learn a language is to use it, practice it, and feel comfortable making mistakes along the way.

Ofrezco clases de español e inglés para personas que quieran mejorar su conversación, comprensión y comunicación en situaciones reales. Me adapto al nivel y objetivos de cada estudiante para que aprender sea dinámico y útil. ¡Me encantará ayudarte a mejorar tu español o inglés!

Nací en México y viví muchos años en Chicago, Estados Unidos, donde tuve la oportunidad de crecer y desarrollarme en un ambiente completamente bilingüe y multicultural. Después regresé a México, por lo que conozco de primera mano las diferencias entre ambos idiomas y culturas.

Además, tuve la experiencia de criar a mis hijas y sobrinas siendo bilingües desde pequeñas. Esto me permitió descubrir que aprender un idioma no tiene que sentirse como una obligación o algo complicado; puede formar parte de la vida cotidiana a través de conversaciones, práctica y situaciones reales.

Ahora quiero compartir contigo todo lo que he aprendido a lo largo de los años. Mi objetivo es ayudarte a sentirte más cómodo y seguro al hablar, entender y expresarte en español o inglés.

Creo que la mejor manera de aprender un idioma es usarlo, practicarlo y perder el miedo a equivocarse.
