Hello!

I like to plan my classes based on your interests and use that theme to teach the core English skills. For example, if you are learning English for work reasons, we can focus on medical terminology or business English. If you are learning for fun we can have lessons centred on your hobbies (football, film, travel, etc). I like to use a variety of methods in the classroom to keep things fresh, from presentations, to games, to free conversation, the use of film and literature, grammar exercises and more. As our classes progress, I will adapt my lessons based on your strengths and weaknesses, as well as which activities you prefer.

I have a year's experience as an English tutor, I worked with Embassy Summer as an EFL teacher at their summer camp in London Docklands and I'm currently working part-time as an English teacher in Mérida, Mexico! I am CELTA certified and specialise in conversational English, grammar, and essay writing.
